About the Principals of

Michelle E. Stitt, CPA
Michelle’s area of expertise is individual and business tax return preparation and review, tax planning, business entity formation, financial accounting, sales tax, and payroll processing and reporting. Prior to obtaining her CPA license, Michelle work as a staff accountant for various local firms both in private industry and public accounting. She also has a decade of experience with the mutual fund industry establishing and managing business and retirement accounts. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Colorado State University and a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.
Leah Frank, Senior Accountant
Leah’s area of expertise is financial accounting and bookkeeping, asset management accounting, office management, payroll tax, sales and use tax, property tax and accounting systems operations. Prior to joining our team, Leah worked as the accounting manager for a local buying group and managed the accounting of the company. Her duties included overseeing member rebates for 150+ independent pharmacy stores. She has served as a bookkeeper and office manager for a local CPA firm. Leah also currently assists a local management company as an asset management accountant. Leah studied Economics at Northern Arizona University and holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree from The Colorado Institute of Art.
